📘 Rules and Regulations
To ensure a disciplined, secure, and academically focused environment, all students of Sahera-Hasan Nursing & Midwifery Institute are required to follow the rules and regulations set by the authority. These guidelines are designed to promote safety, order, and respect within the campus and hostel premises.
🔹 General Campus and Hostel Rules:
Room Allocation
Student room assignments are managed by year tutors and are subject to change based on institutional needs.Visitor Policy
To maintain a disciplined environment, students may receive a maximum of three visitors (including parents) only on Fridays, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, in the designated visitor area. No visitors are allowed at other times unless approved in case of emergencies.Leaving Campus
Students must obtain permission from the hostel supervisor before leaving campus. For safety, students are not allowed outside the campus after dark. During vacation, students may leave only with authorized persons approved by their guardians.Observing National Days
Students must be present on campus to participate in all observances of national days and events.Medical Care
In case of illness, students must notify the hostel supervisor immediately. Minor illnesses are treated on-site by the institute’s faculty doctors.Housekeeping Supervision
The House Mother is responsible for daily housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services, ensuring a hygienic living environment.Political Activity Prohibition
Participation in any political activity is strictly prohibited on campus.Compliance with Academic Authorities
Students must abide by the rules and regulations of the institute, as well as the ordinances of the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) and the University of Dhaka.Violation & Disciplinary Action
Any violation of these rules may result in penalties, as determined by the Academic Council.Guest Restrictions in Hostels
Guests and visitors are not allowed in the student living areas of the hostel under any circumstances.
